- I am a digital artist, and all artwork will be delivered in digital format only.
- I reserve the right to decline any commission request.
- My art style will remain consistent with my portfolio.
- The final product is for personal use only unless a commercial license is purchased or monetization is discussed.༒︎2. Payment & Pricing
- Prices are in CAD.
- Payment via VGen.
- Full payment required upfront.༒︎3. Process & Workflow
- I will provide estimated start and finish dates.
- You will receive work-in-progress (WIP) stages: Sketch, Lineart, and Color.
- 1 Major revision and 4 minor revisions are included.
- Additional revisions may incur extra charges.༒︎4. Delivery
- Final files will be sent as high-resolution PNG (Typically a minimum of 4000x4000px unless requested otherwise.)
- Optional transparent background available.
- Delivered via VGen.༒︎5. Rights & UsageThe artist retains the copyright, the commissioner purchases the "right to use the artwork".The Commissioner is granted non-commercial personal use only unless a license is purchased, including but not limited to: Personal social media display (with Artist credit) and non-commercial printed materials for personal use.
Licenses
Monetized content +100% of the artwork's total price.
Commercial merchandising +300% of the artwork's total price.Please contact me for a quote.༒︎6. Cancellations & RefundsA full refund will be issued if I fail to deliver the artwork within the agreed timeframe due to personal reasons. Otherwise, no refunds will be issued.༒︎7. Blacklisting
I reserve the right to refuse service and blacklist clients who:
- Are disrespectful
- File chargebacks
- Use artwork in prohibited ways [AI, NFTs, unlicensed reselling/distribution.]༒︎By commissioning me, you agree that:
